First social of the year!

Hello UBC fencers!

Since practice is cancelled this Thursday, the 14th, we will be hosting a movie social!

Meet us at 7:30pm in the Nest (room TBA) for a screening of The Princess Bride, a fencing film classic!

First practice post-Imagine day

Hello all!

Our first official beginner's practice is TODAY! Come find us in the Nest performance theatre, entrance located at the top of the main stairs on the second floor. Practice begins at 6:30, though before you can participate, you will be required to complete an online waiver issued by the AMS. You will be doing lots of moving, so please wear non-restrictive clothing and flat shoes.

Imagine day booth!

Hello everyone!

Today is Imagine day, which marks the first official day of classes!

We will be boothing today from around 11:30am until late, so come drop by if you're new to fencing and want to learn more, need to pay some late fees, or just hang out!

We will be along the section of Main mall between Agronomy road and the far end of the H.R MacMillan building. Unfortunately because the tables are first come first serve, I can only say that once we find our spot we will update our location on our Facebook page and on here.

BCFA AGM 2017

Hello all!

The BCFA will be hosting it's annual general meeting on September 10, 2017 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the Hilton Vancouver Airport Hotel. This meeting is open to all current and future BCFA members and will be discussing financial and strategic plans among other topics.
