Hello!

Just a reminder that there is no practice the 19th (this Thursday). This means that the next time we'll have a room is the 23, just in time for the beginner's tournament (which starts at 7pm).

Just a reminder that there is no practice this Thursday, September 28.
Practice will however continue as normal come October, with beginner's lessons starting at 7:30pm instead of 6:30pm, and warm-ups and stretching at 6:30pm.

First practice post-Imagine day

Hello all!

Our first official beginner's practice is TODAY! Come find us in the Nest performance theatre, entrance located at the top of the main stairs on the second floor. Practice begins at 6:30, though before you can participate, you will be required to complete an online waiver issued by the AMS. You will be doing lots of moving, so please wear non-restrictive clothing and flat shoes.
