Fence-a-Thon on June 28-29, 2016 - Reminder to Register

Hi all,

Just a friendly reminder that the Fence-a-Thon is coming up June 28-29, 2016 in Victoria, BC.

Proceeds will go towards the BC Cancer Foundation so go register today! The tournament will be unsanctioned so we hope you will be able to make it.

Club Clothing Order Arrived!

Hi folks,

The club clothing order arrived on Friday. We'll be bringing the order to fencing practice on Monday. Those who ordered club clothing can come pick up and pay. We have already emailed you the amount owed to the fencing club. If you cannot pick it up on Monday, let us know in advance of when you can drop by to pick up and pay.

We have also ordered extra pieces of clothing for selling and will post details of these sale items onto the website.

Note that fencing lessons are 2 hours long but we have the room booked to 11:00 PM so you are welcome to stay longer. Details on our summer rates can be found here.

Club Clothing Order - April 2016

Hi all,

Club clothing order update - deadline to submit your order extended to Friday, April 22, 2016.

Note that this is for our general club logo. The T-shirt design contest will be a separate order, TBA later.

There will be a non-refundable 50% deposit due April 22nd. If you cannot drop off the deposit by April 22nd, let us know and we can try to figure out other alternatives. We will figure out taxes later but for now, just use the team price estimate. You can email us your order at fencingubc@gmail.com

When placing your order, please provide the item, catalog number, colour, size, quantity, type (men's or women's) and estimated total cost. Also provide your name and email address so we know how to contact you.

Cost of embroidery (3-colours) is the same as silk screen printing so we will opt for embroidery for track jackets, track pants, hoodies, sweat pants, socks and head bands.

Silk screen printing (2-colour) for cotton t-shirts (logo on chest area), stormtech wick-away polo t-shirts (front left chest area) and wick-away t-shirts (front left chest area).

As for head bands and socks, they will be white. I am not entirely sure how many colours they would let us order (depends on availability), but if we want to stick to the safe side: navy, black, white and grey (sweat pants) would be a safe bet.
