Guess what!? Monday the 12th is our first fencing lesson of the season! We are on the top floor of the SUB, so if you have troubles finding us, just listen for sword-ish sounds. Or, you know, go to room 214/216 (of the SUB), at 7:00PM.
Come join in, cuz this month your first lesson is free!

We have updated our term 1 schedule!
We have fencing on the following days:
Mondays - 7:00-9:00 pm in SUB 214/216
Thursdays - 8:00-10:00 pm in SUB Ballroom Extension
Our fall schedule is posted here so have a look!
First day of fencing practice will be on Monday, September 12, 2011!

UBC Orientations - Main Carnival Event - September 6, 2011
Hi everyone,
We will have a booth at the UBC Orientations Main Carnival Event on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, from 2:00-5:00 pm. We are located in booth B5.

2011-2012 fencing schedule released
Hi everyone,
Our fall schedule has been posted up on our website now.
Note that we will be changing our Thursday schedule so that we can try to start at an earlier time than the current 8:30 pm time. We will be doing some bookings changes in early September so please check our website for the latest fencing schedule when school starts.
We hope to see you all in September! Enjoy the rest of your summer while you can!!

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - movie social on August 12th
Hi everyone,
We will be doing yet another movie & dinner social in August! We will be watching Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
When: Friday, August 12th
Time: movie starts at 6:30 pm
Where: Scotiabank Theatre (900 Burrard Street, Vancouver)
We will meet at 6:00 pm in front of the entrance of the theatre to buy tickets. We have movie coupons selling for $10 each so if you are interested, let us know. If you are arriving late, please let us know so we can buy your ticket for you before it is sold out.

If you want to come to either the movie or dinner, please RSVP by Thursday, August 11th at 5:00 pm so I have some time to book reservations in advance for dinner.
