Fencing Tonight, September 27 at 7:30 pm

Hi all,

Please note we have fencing tonight on Tuesday, September 27, starting at 7:30 pm. Note the room change too - we will be in the NEST building in the Performance Theatre (that egg shaped room floating over the middle of the building on the 2nd floor).

Fencing Cancelled on Thursday, September 15th

Hi all,

As a friendly reminder, Thursday's practice has been cancelled. 

Please check our updated term 1 fencing practice schedule before coming out. Because we have a couple of Thursday cancellations, we have decided to find alternative dates which has available rooms for us to book.

BC Fencing Association AGM - September 11, 2016

The BCFA AGM is scheduled for September 11, 2016 starting at 10:00 am at the Hilton Vancouver Airport Hotel in Richmond, BC (5911 Minoru Blvd, Richmond). People with a CFF licence from last season can vote for this AGM.

Welcome Back, Fencers!

Hi folks,

We hope your summer went well.

It's that time of year again! It's time to dust off those fencing equipment and meet up with new and familiar faces!

We will be having our first fencing practice today Thursday, September 8, 2016, at 6:30 pm in the NEST Building in the Great Hall North room (2nd floor).

Our term 1 schedule should be posted up next week so please be patient!

And for new students wanting to take a stab at the sport (pun intended), your first lesson is FREE! We have a FAQ page on our website you can also read up on. Memberships and joining the club will be done during fencing practice. Note that before you can fence, you will need to sign a waiver form. Online waiver forms are available during practice or you can login online on OrgSync to submit it electronically (highly encouraged) in advance.
